General Account You do not need to open a General Account to shop with us but in order to purchase a product, as an occasional visitor, we will need to take some details from you so that you can pay for your order and we can get your order to you safely and quickly.
If you wish to open a General Account as you feel you are likely to be a regular visitor, this can be arranged and we will be pleased to send you our General Account application form. which is downloadable from the

Agent Account As an existing account holder, we will have already been in contact with you and issued you with your Unique Identity Reference. When processing your order you will add items to the cart as normal, then at the shop check out area, you will be asked to enter your UIR in the UIR/Promotional Code Box, and finalise your purchases procedure as directed. You will then receive an email and shortly after a member of our sales team will contact you and confirm your order, invoicing you in the usual way.
