We do supply a number of different configurations of work shift patterns. However, set out here is one of the more common work shifts, often called the '2-2-4' duty system and this is how it works. The 4 colours represent the four groups or watches that make up the workforce. In this example the 4 groups work 2 early or day shifts followed by 2 late or night shifts followed by 4 days duty free. The card only shows the first 2 of the eight day cycle as all users know that the 2 late/night shifts and subsequent 4 duty free days follow on. Therefore, one card can display all 4 groups/watches rostered duties for the whole year.
The most useful features of the card is that :-
It is very easy to read - so friends and family also find it very useful to carry.
It is credit card size - which allows it to be carried conveniently and inconspicuously in purses, wallets and pockets.
It is laminated and round cornered - thus making it waterproof, light and safe to carry.
It contains one full year of data - making it easy to view when the user is duty free and therefore plan ahead.
